I applied through email from company linkedin post.
Got reached out by the recruiter after a week. To check my eligibility.
He asked my expected compensation and I was cool with their range.
Then ghosted me for 2 weeks and then come back saying that he forgot to send my profile to the hiring manager, I was saying ok that's np I still interested. Ghosted again. After another 2 weeks, I saw the same posting on linkedin. Cool but looking at other reviews, not a cool place to work for, Cheers.

Interview
Three step process to get hired. Phone interview, technical test interview, and then an interview with the manager. The phone interview is very straightforward. The technical test questions was about six questions in length and fairly difficult but nothing that I haven't seen in school or in self taught training. Very good and fair screen process even though I did not pass.
