The first part of the interview was a phone interview where I told about myself and learned more about Mightykidz. From there I was invited to come in for a working interview. I met with Kyla, and talked about my experience with preschool and toddler aged children. Then I spent some time interacting with the children. After playing with the children, I received a call and offer letter a few days later.
