The interview process at Mighty Media Studios was thorough and professionally managed. I went through multiple rounds including a phone screen, and final round with the senior team. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant and the role itself was well defined. However as a candidate from an underrepresented background I could not help but notice the lack of diversity reflected in the team photos and company materials I encountered throughout the process. While the company states a commitment to inclusion I would encourage them to examine whether their hiring practices and team composition reflect that stated value. The process was handled respectfully and I was given timely feedback. I simply hope the team continues to grow in ways that reflect the full diversity of the creative community they serve.
