Phone interview followed by an in person interview at the location. You'll get a tour and meet everyone. The interview is very easy. It's general questions you would get anywhere, just answer with very positive general answers and you should be good.

I applied online and interviewed in person at East Peoria, IL. Nice people! Good experience! There is no technical questions. Mostly regular personal questions and experiences. The interview last almost an hour. I meet with their sales manager, operations manager and lead financial advisor. I think they aim at seeing if you have a good passion and gift to become a good financial advisor. Not require you to master strong expertise right now. They will train you for almost half of a year and get your licenses, which I think is a good opportunity for you to step into the career of being financial advisor!
