There was an initial phone interview. After the screening process via phone, I was scheduled for a process via phone, I was scheduled for an in person interview. The offices were impressive and I got a real sense of innovation but the interview itself was kind of intimidating as I was not advised ahead of time of the panel interview format. The interview itself was very constructive yet conversational.
