I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Midigator (Lehi, UT)
Interview
There were 3 rounds of interviews.. recruiter told me that final round would be a 30 minutes behavioral kind of conversation and it was the same…but after final round they realized that I have limited experience in golang..I have told them the same before starting the interview process that I have good experience in node and python but limited experience in golang and they told me that it would be okay…not sure why they wasted my time…recruiter told me that they are looking for more golang experience…seriously…

Question 1
Oops concepts, python , js and basic golang questions
Initial call with HR. Very professional and friendly. Next round interview with peer on the Finance team. Very odd interview - most of the questions related to interpersonal conflict (red flag) and examples of how I would handle it. I don't think there were any real questions about my experience or technical capabilities to perform the work. I wasn't sad when I got the rejection email shortly after this strange call.
