I applied in-person. I interviewed at Midas Hospitality (Phoenix, AZ) in Aug 2024
Interview
The general manager interviewed me. She asked hospitality related questions, and she was an excellent listener. She was very easy to talk with, which made me want to work for her. She made respectful comments about her employees, and she invited me to ask any questions that I may have had. I knew she would be great to work with and for based on her excellent communication skills.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Midas Hospitality (Maryland Heights, MO) in Apr 2022
Interview
Very easy process. Was offered the job on the spot. It almost felt like a normal conversation with the person who was interviewing me. I was asked the normal questions that are asked during an interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Midas Hospitality (Charlotte, NC) in Jan 2018
Interview
Initial phone screen and interview by corporate HR followed by an in-person interview with the president of the company. While this particular opportunity wasn't the best fit for me, it's clear that the company's leadership cares about their employees and guests, and errs on doing the right thing, regardless of budget.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There wasn't a question that I felt was difficult or unexpected. The questions were centered around finding the right person for the position based on the company's culture. It was a very positive experience.
