I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MidAmerica Alliance For Access (Kansas City, MO) in Oct 2016
Interview
I interviewed in front of a team, two men and a woman. The interview was more conversational and it was very relaxed. One of the interviewers is a legislature.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at MidAmerica Alliance For Access
Interview
I met with three of the Directors for an interview following a brief phone interview with the CEO. They are extremely pleasant, personable and engaging. Very dynamic leadership as well as employees. It was obvious from the moment I walked into the door they were not just average but would be exciting people to work with. They are laid back but also obviously not pleased with average work. The leadership offers real opportunities and it is clear in the interview but they also show the place is a comfortable, exciting, fulfilling place to work.
