I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mid-America Festivals in Jun 2017
Interview
Easy, laid back. Casual conversation...could be different now since the people who interviewed me are no longer working there. Asked the typical interview questions and then just talked about experience.
I applied online. I interviewed at Mid-America Festivals (Minneapolis, MN) in May 2017
Interview
Very unprofessional and a waste of your time if you are looking for a real career. Was asked to come into the downtown office and my interviewer was on the phone while I sat in the room listening. He conducted a very relaxed interview and didn't ask any questions regarding my resume. He made it sound like I got the job before even interviewing me, which sounds good, until they offer you the job with VERY low pay and little benefits. Went back to counter my official offer and they told me my job was offered to someone else who accepted the lower salary. Horrible practice for the interview process, even worse to offer someone a job and give it away in negotiations... I did not call back. I would not consider working for Mid-America Festivals.

Interview
I received an email from the HR Director to set up an in person interview. I went to the interview and got a call about a week later stating I got the job.
