There are 2 stages for the interview. One is on TEAMs and one is F2F in the main office. The first interview is with the hiring manager. The second interview is with the management. Overall the interview experience is nice.

What's your 5 years plan after joining the company?
It was a two stage interview, first stage was virtual and the last one was a physical meeting, I was interviewed by 2 people. The interviewers were very pleasant. Questions relating to the personality and technical abilities were asked.
I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Micronclean (Skegness, England) in Jan 2020
Interview
Put in a room with with three people from the company (one from HR and two in the department I was applying to) and asked what I think about the job as well as what makes me suitable. Very pleasant experience.
