Unorganized and unprepared. The recruiter didn't understand the job requirements or details, said we should schedule a call with the HM, and then didn't send an invite, had to call the recruiter to get the meeting link. The interviewer/HM seemed unprepared and put out that something was on their calendar, asked very hand-wavy questions, and took no notes.

The interviews started in time. The interviewers were professional and intense. Very good discussions on the company, the products and the long term vision of the organization. I left the interview feeling like I wanted to be a part or this team.
