I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Micron Technology (Singapore) in Jan 2022
Interview
Interview usually comes in within two weeks since application, consisting 2-3 rounds (usually 2). Gone through multiple interviews with different hiring managers as I didn't pass the interviews with the first few HM.
My tips would be apply for several positions if you're really keen to join. You'll get something eventually as many positions are currently open. Keep on trying and don't give up!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked about what I know about the company, why I want to join and questions on FYP
Their mass interview was very structured and systematic. Each location has a purpose, whether it's to wait, or listen to a briefing. It feels very orderly, like something you'll experience during a well-structured exam.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Micron Technology (Singapore) in Mar 2026
Interview
Consisted of 2 rounds. First round with 2 senior managers through zoom and onsite interview with director for second round. Questions related to resume and on approach to problem solving.
Went to university career fair, then a few weeks after invited for 1st round of interview. Interviewed role is based on resume that you gave during the career fair, so make sure you tailor it according to the role you want.
