The hiring process includes 2 interview round with the senior engineer (1st round) and the team manager (2nd round). Usuually before the interview, HR people will call to arrange the data and will send an online invitation for a Zoom call right after that.

Question 1
Why do apply to the company? Most questions were about challenges, teamwork, leadership. No technical questions were asked
It lasted for an hour and asked questions about self-introduction, work experience, and problem-solving experience. In particular, I asked deeply about the process experience. Also, interviewers require expertise and creativity.
Their mass interview was very structured and systematic. Each location has a purpose, whether it's to wait, or listen to a briefing. It feels very orderly, like something you'll experience during a well-structured exam.
