Start from HR interview to Manager on the same day than shortlist for the Director interview on another day. More pressing is during the first interview. Usually they want someone that can commit to long working hours.

Interview
The external interview process is simple. A one interview process for entry level positions. The internal process is a bit more complex. Panel interviews to start with, which can tend to be "rapid fire" interviews to see how well you deal with pressure and situations. Following this would be a final one on one interview.
