Only one of the interviewers seemed prepared. The questions seemed too technologically orientated. Yes, an employee should have some technical knowledge; however, hire character...then train the products. Although the interviewers were at the same table, they did not seem to communicate well with each other. It was as if one person was scheduled to give the interview, then drafted two others on the way to it.
