I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Microlumen
Interview
A recruiter reached out and asked me to apply on the portal. After asked to apply on the portal, I waited, through delayed responses, and following up multiple times, I was finally sent initial questions with the assurance that I would be kept informed throughout the process.
Exact words were:
"As part of our selection process, we would like to request that you respond to the following additional questions to help us better understand your qualifications and fit for this role. We believe in making candidates feel like people, not applicants, and we want to ensure you have a positive experience throughout our hiring process."
It has now been over a month with no update or response, which feels contradictory to the values stated above. At the very least, I would expect the courtesy of a rejection email instead of complete silence.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Initial Screening questions, such as
1)What challenges have you faced when introducing emerging technology into a risk-averse or regulated environment — and how did you overcome them?
2)Which AI tools or platforms are you currently familiar with, and how have you used them?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Microlumen (Tampa, FL)
Interview
Easy, but looks are deceiving. The people put on a great fake facade, pretend to be friendly but in reality they talk about you from your first day. Two faces.
