Skype then personal interview with local team. Had to do a SQL test and then present a business case to the team and EMEA management. The result was that I was hired based on my business skills and the way I present and managed their questions. Next was a Skype interview with someone from HR. Then you called me with an offer which pretty good compared with what I had. Took the job.
