The interview starts with the initial talk with the HR which then proceeds onto a skill assessment test depending on the domain you are applying for followed by a panel interview.

Questions are direct and relevant to the job profile you are applying for: - I was asked competency-based questions about using Stata, and SPSS and basic questions on knowledge about statistical methods.
It was pretty much intense in terms of resume and the technical skills were analysed well by the interviewers, started off with basic HR questions to gauge the interest in this field and followed up
