I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at MicroAge (Auburn, WA) in Dec 2020
Interview
Very thorough and comfortable. Very smooth and professional process. All aspects of the company is explained. Everything from compensation and standards. Great communication and very punctual. Highly recommend the experience.
If you already know someone there, the interview process is relatively easy. Mine involved going out to lunch and talking about the benefits of working at MicroAge. One of the biggest factors is looking presentable and them being convinced you can represent the company well to partners and clients.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself and your most recent experience.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MicroAge (Home, KS) in Jan 2022
Interview
It’s all personal which is nice. No hoops to jump through. First a vetted call with a recruiter. Then meeting with a director to discuss your experience. Then with a current rep. Then with the VP. Straightforward and personable.
