My interview with Micro-Tech was in-depth, but moved forward with purpose. During the process the company gave me ample contact and interactions with others inside the company to ask questions and get a sense of the company culture. The interview was more skill, and behavioral-based, and less on the typical canned disqualifying questions most companies ask.
