Interview
HR reached out for a phone screen and set me up with the Hiring manager. The hiring manager was great and we really connected well. I was then moved onto speak with the President. This is where it took a turn. He was very professional and welcoming, but some red flags presented during the interview. The president said many people weren’t cut out for it and would call it a toxic work environment. On top of that, no phone usage at all, and write ups for being 1 minute late.

Very disorganized, waste of time. The owner is a chump. If you options, do not work here. If you don’t have any options, sorry, just tough it out until you can find something. I ended up being an analyst at a major company so kudos to me! I’m glad I don’t have to work for someone who, in my option, can’t run a company smoothly.
