Micro-Coax interview questions

Phone interview, then on site, 2 tests, and finally a little psychological analysis. The interview process is one of the more involved that I have been through. Micro-Coax is thorough in their questions to be sure that you understand the science and material knowledge of the role you are applying for. The psychological analysis is to make sure you are not a complete nut...a little crazy is acceptable. But really they just want to see what drives you, are you a go getter, a go with flow, or un-motivated. It is an interesting process to say the least but just stick with it.

They asked a few questions about why I think I am a good candidate for this position. They also asked a few about prior experiences that could contribute to this role. The interview was with a human resources representative and an engineering manager that each asked a few questions. The interview itself was not very difficult.
