For Residence Education and Housing Services, Outreach Department. There were 3 people interviewing and all of them are friendly. Most of the questions are STAR questions (a question which begins with "Tell us about a time when you had........"

Tell us about a time you had had to work or spend a significant amount of time with someone from a different background or who had different values than you. How did you manage that situation and what did you learn from it?
It was a highly specific and individualized interview, which Depended on the researchers interest. Highly recommend to seek out a researcher who’s interest aligns with yours—it will help a lot in the long run.

If you would like to attend graduate school, I would strongly suggest contacting a prospective advisor BEFORE applying to the program. Many programs will not even consider accepting a student unless a faculty member in the department in the department has already committed to supporting them.
