The process up until the first interview round is fine, typical stuff, but later they disappeared. Apparently they don't reject other candidates until after a candidate from the pool is hired, atleast have the decency to let us know. Didn't know I wasn't in the running until I followed up. There's this one guy who mentioned there would be 2 people in the panel and would record the interview for others, but on the day of interview, showed up with three other peeps.
