Applied online which took awhile before they called and scheduled a phone interview. Very selective in the hiring process but open and transparent with the process. Started with a phone interview and then called me back to schedule and 1:1 interview in person.

Interview
It was a fairly short process in terms of job hunting. Applied online and a few weeks later was contacted about setting up a initial phone interview. Then after that they did a background check and set up a second interview with with Branch Manager and the HR rep. Second interview was done with web cam.

Interview
I started with a phone interview, after initial phone interview they did a background check and asked if hired if i would take a drug test.
I got an email asking for an in person interview, the interview was pretty easy just basic star questions, why would you be a good fit. Then i had a final interview with the head of the HR department, about the same questions, she was a little bit more straight to the point just firing off questions not really giving a responce, at the end they tell you they will contact you within a week letting you know either way
They do look for younger or people who are going to be around for awhile, they invest time in you and dont like high turnover

Interview
Applied on MSUFCU.org career portal. Received an email message a few days later requesting to set up a phone interview. Phone interview, followed by two in-person interviews at the Headquarters location in East Lansing. The first in-person was composed of an HR Representative and a Manager of a branch. The second was just HR Representative, this interview consisted of a little more difficult, detailed questions. Process moved quickly, and everyone I interacted with was very friendly and seemed to enjoy their job--which is a good sign!
