Phone call to start, then an in person meeting with future direct manager and HR. Meeting was less than one hour, meeting was very laid back and didn't have a direction. The vibe you present is more important than a lot of skills/experience.

I drove to their main office (in Brownsville, WI) where I interviewed with 5 managers throughout the company. It was a little intimating at first, but the questions were predictable.
