Reasonable. Prior corporate business experience was a big plus. Outside of that, mostly demonstrating motivation and personability were the important factors. I first came in for an interview with the branch manager. I went for a second interview with one of the leaders on the corporate side. He just wanted to get a sense of my character. It was not grueling.
