Miaou interview questions

Applied for the role on LinkedIn. Met with the assistant to the founder and provided details of the role. They mentioned that the team is small and everyone does many tasks outside of their title. They also mentioned that the team is young in terms of age and that there is no one over the age 35. The tone behind them explaining that to me gave me a sense of ageism within this company. I was asked to complete a project, but was never sent the prompt even when I reached out to them. After reading the reviews of this company and fellow colleagues, it seems as though I have completely dodged a bullet.
