There are many steps: 1st telephone; then meet with committee to do presentation, more questions and then writing sample; meet with chair person; if success- then meeting is with president of the college

Began with a quick phone interview followed by an on-campus interview with 5 other professors. The 3rd interview was with the department chair. The final interview was with upper management. Expect to give a brief presentation on something related to your expertise.
