I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mewburn Ellis (Bristol, England) in Oct 2019
Interview
Applied online with cover letter and CV, interviewed shortly after at the Bristol office. Consisted of a face to face interview with two partners discussing a paper given to you prior and describing office objects. The Interview was very technical which suits the profession but as I applied for a Life Science role I think some of the technicalities they were looking for would have been found in a physics role.
The interview process started with an application and then I inverviewed with two partners over Teams. The interview process was challenging with some technical and non technical questions, but the partners were really friendly.

Interview
Two stages of interviews. First stage gave a patent of an invention a few days before the interview, then asked you questions about it during. Second stage delivered you a mystery object to figure out what its function was. Both asked the expected motivation and CV questions

Interview
More technical questions on the research you have completed, trying to test you and ask questions to make you think outside of the box. Friendly chilled but intense at the same time
