They give you a choice of 3 options and ask you to prepare a 20 min presentation, to deliver in the interview. In-person 3-person panel interview - very formulaic, set questions. Plus deliver the 20 min presentation, you had previously prepared. The panel answered questions and was open to sharing their experience. Follow-up was very slow, a month, instead of the week I had been told to expect.
