Metropolitan Opera Association Customer Care Associate interview questions

Interviewed virtually, was notified about a week later. Actual job started a month later. This position is for a "part time" position. I work 37 hours every week. Full time offers are made at random-- this is management's stated process. So far only two people in our office are full time. Management has also rejected every request for a raise for the past three years.
