I applied online. I interviewed at Metropolitan Family Services
Interview
The initial screening process involves a brief phone call to assess basic qualifications, followed by an in-depth interview with the team. The phone interview lasts approximately 15 minutes, during which typical questions focus on the candidate’s background and skills. The second interview is more comprehensive, lasting around 45 minutes, and includes technical questions, behavioral assessments, and discussions about the candidate’s experience.

Interview
I completed a phone screen for this position and was told I’d hear back in a few days for an interview. I hadn’t heard back for about 3 weeks so I reached out to ask if the position was still open, and they responded immediately and set up an interview. I did the interview which I thought went pretty well but wasn’t 100% confident I got the job. I never heard back from anyone ever again after the interview, not even to tell me I did not get the role. Also, after I applied to the job, they changed the job title from manager to supervisor, and changed the job description as well. The communication was very poor. I was a very well qualified candidate and it was disappointing not only to not be told why I didn’t get the role but to hear nothing at all from anyone after completing an interview.
