After my first contact from HR, I took aptitude test which was tricky. It had general and industry knowledge questions and some IQ questions. Few days after, I was called to have interview with managers and HR. Interview was modest difficult. Next day they placed me an offer which I accepted.

Questions based on my former experience. Questions related to social stuff (tell me when you didn't agree with your boss, with your colleagues, what did you do ...), and some technical questions (arp, traceroute, rtt,bgp, ospf, tcp, ...).
