The process was pretty long - over a month. Went through one phone and 3 in-person interviews with six different people. During the last one met with 4 C-suites. All were very professional and pleasant.

Applied online many months prior but was not called until i met someone who took a look at my resume and pulled it up and then everything went really fast. Hopefully you know someone who can help to get your resume to be looked at in the first place.
an overview interview with HR over the telephone to make sure you have the requirements. Then another interview with hiring manager. then job offer and salary negotiation and job acceptance.
