Inicial communication was via email, a recruiter asked that i apply to the position because she had seen my profile on LinkedIn. Then the HR generalist reached out asking for a time to meet my possible managers. The interview happened on a Friday afternoon. It went pretty well and was about 30-45 min with two very nice and stern managers.
