Interview
The referral, interview and offer took approximately one week. The physical, blood work (for titers), and drug screening took another week and start date was another week. So it was a three week process in total.

Question 1
Why do you want to work in HIV/AIDS? Is your reason for wanting to work in HIV/AIDS for personal reasons? It is my opinion that the interviewer was trying to ask if I had HIV/AIDS. I was not applying for a Peer Advocate position where that question would have been relevant. So the question was very unprofessional.
