the same day I submitted my resume, I received a call back in regards to coming in for a formal interview. I have several yrs of Customer service experience. The person who conducted the interview was very pleasant yet she did not ask me any interview questions. I have yet to hear back from this employer. I just thought with my vast experience in customer service, degrees, and certificates I would have been given an actual interview and since I was called immediately after I submitted my resume, I thought I would have heard something in regards to getting the position or not getting the position.
