I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Metro Construction (Denver, CO) in Nov 2017
Interview
The interview process was painless. I believe that was the case for me as I bring a great deal of sales process and discipline to the table. However, I have no roofing experience.

Tell me about how you've been successful in past sales roles?
I applied online. I interviewed at Metro Construction in May 2019
Interview
Quick response. Set a date and time for face to face. Arrived early to find that the interview was a group interview equivalent of "speed dating". 5 minutes with each candidate is not enough time to actually get to know someone. Ended up being a waste of my time; given the lack of respect for my time and effort, I would not work for these people. Zero opportunity to engage and gain understanding of the organization on a cultural level. "Fit" goes both ways. Very "pie in the sky" financial conversations on 100% commission in a very seasonal industry.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Metro Construction (Denver, CO) in Dec 2017
Interview
I came in to meet with Ken Wyatt, I ended up meeting with Ryan, the Director of Sales for the roofing department. Ryan was a really good guy, passionate about the company and job which was nice to see. He definitely made me feel confident in the company and position.
