1. Applied for the job in the morning. 2. Received an email from the CTO in the afternoon, asking for an on-site interview without a phone call or anything 3. I went to the office for the on-site interview the very next day. CTO asked some simple questions like a react related system design question. 4. get the feedback of the onsite interview from the CTO on the same day. Also, A meeting with the CEO and CPO is arranged on the next day. 5. had a long and joyful chat with the CEO and CPO. They promise me will get back to me in 3 business days no matter they gonna give me an offer or a rejection. 6. One week later, still nothing happened. I followed up but never get anything back from CTO or anyone. They were a company with less than 10 employees at that time. I can not understand why they can't even spend 1 minute to send a simple response to the applicant who had 2 rounds of onsite interviews in 3 days. Very disrespectful.
