They had me fill out an applications that was rather long. A week or two later I went in for an interview. They asked me some optimization questions like where to put satellite ground stations around the Earth. They wanted someone with either a CS background or physics. They asked some cookie cutter questions like describe how I overcame an on the job difficulty.
