Method interview questions

The interview process started with an initial HR discussion(30 mins), followed by a conversation with the Hiring Manager(30 mins), which went well and led me to the next round. At this point, I was given a case study requiring an end-to-end program plan, for which I dedicated an entire weekend to prepare. I presented my work in an hour panel interview, which felt positive. After multiple follow-ups, I received no response regarding the outcome. It’s disappointing when a HR does not inform results after investing significant time and effort in the process.

I recently interviewed for a Senior PM role here and went through multiple rounds. The interviewers, especially the senior professionals from outside India, were very professional, and knew what they were doing. The conversations were good, and I appreciated their approach. However, the HR process handled by the India team was extremely disappointing. Communication was very irregular and vague. After each round, there were long gaps with no clarity on next steps. When HR did reach out, it was always last minute, with generic explanations like “we are still processing your profile” and no concrete timelines. Emails and calls were unanswered for weeks, and shows complete lack of respect for a candidate’s time and effort. To the HR team: Please do better. Candidates deserve transparency and basic professional courtesy.
