Long arduous process. Job sounded great, general account manager duties you expect at a SaaS company. Got to final interview stage and was grilled about my lack of business development experience. No mention of this requirement prior to the final stage interview, seemed like a lot of wasted time given they had my CV and could have explained at any point that you needed those skills

Very disappointed. After first call, interview, second interview, 15 min presentation of the 30-60-90 day plan THEY have requested, presentation of delivery tracker THEY have requested, did not even bothered getting back with feedback. Chased more than 3 times and gave up when I realised they do not care at the slightest - disgusting behaviour, it takes 2 seconds to reply to an email with a simple "No longer interested, thank you for your time". Whilst friendly and outgoing throughout the whole process, I felt massively let down and frankly quite upset that companies behave in such an unprofessional way.
