Interview
First round interview was at the plant in Houston and began with a initial meeting and plant tour with the hiring manager. Afterwards I met with the plant superintendent, then the plant manager. process took a couple hours and then the final round was at the corporate HQ in birmingham.

Interview
Walked around the plant and was given a tour by the other production foreman. After the tour I met with the plant superintendent and plant manager. All of the people I met were nice and very helpful on the questions I had for them.
