Metabiota interview questions

I applied on the website and was contacted by the manager for a phone interview the next day. The manager called at the scheduled time and was very polite and explained the description of the position and then went on to ask me about my past experience and skills. After our conversation, I asked about the following steps and she then informed me that she would speak to the team and get back with me. A day later, I was asked to come in for an onsite interview. I was then interviewed by the direct manager, another staff accountant, and the same manager I spoke with on the phone earlier. All of the interviewers were very nice and helpful. Most of the questions were behavioral with some technical and past experience/skills questions as well. A few days after my onsite, I was contacted to provide references and was told I would get a follow up the same day or the next day. I was contacted the following day and was offered the position. I can say the interview process was very quick and pleasant!
