Multiple engineers in a panel asked questions, gave scenarios, and asked me to complete white-board coding exercises while describing my thinking. Interviewers were patient and encouraging. They gave me opportunities to show off my skills and knowledge. Thankfully, I felt like they were more interested in how I approach problems than in my ability to program on a white-board. I actually learned some things in the interview.
