I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (London, England) in Mar 2025
Interview
Recruiter screen, hiring manager interview and a loop of four 45 or 30-minute interviews with four members of the wider marketing and creative team and the hiring manager. Overall, Meta had one of the most structured application processes, and the candidate hub was well-organised and easy to navigate. Firstly, the first Recruiter was amazing – she was clear about every step of the process and was receptive to feedback about the salary range in the initial screen. After the conversation, I felt reassured about proceeding, especially after the recent layoffs. The hiring manager was also very welcoming. There were generally competency questions from the interviewers in the loop. After two weeks, I received a rejection email stating that I was not selected. The only disappointing point about the whole process was the lack of any feedback after six rounds of interviews, which is, ironically, the number of Candidate feedback emails that I received during and after the interview process. I wish the team all the best and glad to have the opportunity to learn more about their company culture.

Interview
Recruiter emailed me at the time the interview was meant to start to let me know team was not hiring anymore, most unprofessional HR move I've ever experienced, not worth the hustle
A soucer screener, then a HM interview, then 4 back to back (or within a few days) interviews from skip and other cross functionals. Recruiter will work with you along the way and they are actually motivated to have you onboard in negotiation stage.
