I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (Menlo Park, CA) in May 2019
Interview
Applied online, they called a few days later to schedule a 30-minute phone interview, which lasted 15 minutes. Questions were mostly about past/relevant experience. This phone interview also seemed more of a "can I see us working together" rather than "will candidate perform job well"

Question 1
What is something that was hard to hear but ultimately helped you in the end?
An interview process involves submitting an application, meeting with recruiters and managers, answering questions about skills and experience, completing assessments, and receiving feedback or an offer after evaluation. It's a simulation.
The process was very streamlined, and for the role, I thought fairly easy if you've done the role in the past.
As follows:
1.Email requesting availability
2. PreScreen with Recruiter
3.Test
4.Interview with Hiring Manager
5.Panel three people
6.Got a call for the offer but declined for a different role at Meta
Very fast and quick recruiting process. Recruiting was responsive and was able to move me along quickly. They really took time out of their day to make sure that I was going to be successful in my interviews
