I applied in-person. I interviewed at Meta (New York, NY) in Jul 2017
Interview
The actual interviews were positive. I met with 5 people on site and had a research interview, two coding interviews, and one applied ML interview. The environment however felt unwelcoming (a woman in my 30s), from the overall frat vibe to the fact that my interviewer didn't know where the women's restroom was, and couldn't find someone who did!
The recruiter was very useful and available for questions, prompt feedback.
Round 1 with manager with behavioural questions, examples of projects, impact and motivation.
I didn't get the job though, but the recruitment process was fair.

How would you design a system to construct a language between a set of AI agents
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Meta
Interview
I interviewed with the hiring manager. This individual was arrogant and rude towards me during the interview, making disparaging comments about my current employer and experience, and mocking me for asking about job security in the company. After this experience I decided to withdraw my interest in the position.
