I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MetTel (New York, NY) in Nov 2015
Interview
Overview: HR doesn't do their job, nor are they competent. Hiring managers and the actual employees doing the interview seem to be much better.
My experience in interviewing with this company actually began several years ago. When I first applied, I received an invitation to come interview on-site. However the HR coordinator there did not seem to grasp that I had a busy schedule and could not come in at a whim. There was no phone screen prior to set up of a meeting, purely through e-mail which seemed to cause some problems. 2-3 e-mails later, they were still unable to correctly respond to my e-mails for scheduling and I decided to forfeit the opportunity.
Couple years later, I ran into this company again having forgotten my experience. Another HR recruiter emailed me (at my work e-mail which is not listed on my resume) to set up a face to face interview; so once again no phone screen. This time they were more accommodating to my scheduling, so I did the on-site interview.
Some advice I would say is to arrive a bit earlier at the building than you'd expect. They actually have security you have to go through including metal detectors and a lot of visitors show up and can take up precious time. Plan accordingly.
The actual interview with hiring managers was fine. There is a personality test that others mentioned (that personally seemed to be a waste of time for me).
It was a 2 round interview, meeting with some of the senior members and some of the team members. Everyone seemed ok, but the cultural fit did not seem to mesh well with me. The hiring managers also needed to sell me more on the position and company.
They need to work on their recruiting process, HR definitely needs work.

Interview
Very disorganized and unclear. The people I was supposed to meet with were unavailable at the scheduled time. They asked me to wait 4 hours to meet with one of them
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at MetTel (New York, NY)
Interview
3 round interview with an excel and personality test after the 1st round, got a generic rejection letter after the 1st round but got called back 2 weeks later,
- Be prepared to talk about your experience in depth. The hiring managers will ask you alot of questions based off how you describe your experience. Not much on the behavioral side.
Only negative is that my process took almost 3.5 months before an offer went out. Eventually chose a more exciting opportunity. I also would agree with the vibe other reviewers left, MetTel does not seem like a good place to work.
HR lady was very nice - I just wish they could have wrapped things up faster instead of dragging it out.

Interview
Possibly one of the strangest (and worst) interview processes I have ever come across in my life so far. It would take a lot to top this but anyway I applied online, got a call with a day or two to speak with the recruiter over the phone. Shortly after doing that, I was told to come in to interview on site. I came in, filled out an employment application and what appeared to be a personality test and then met with another person but not the actual hiring manager. I sat down to speak with her for a few minutes, then performed one of the dumbest excel "assessments" ever which really doesn't prove anything. If you really want to see someone's excel proficiency, give them an assignment or project and see what kind of results they can produce but this was just ridiculously dumb. I was informed that I would be receiving a follow up call for the next steps to meet with the hiring manager but days went by and NOTHING. I got nothing, no call, no email, nothing. I was finally able to get in touch with them after spending days emailing and calling and they told me, they were unable to offer me employment at that time and to think, I never even interviewed with the hiring manager so what basis are they basing this off of? Just a very negative experience overall and a very unprofessional company. I would not recommend anyone to work here nor be a customer of theirs. I heard their service really sucks too, well my my my, am I not surprised.
